Inspection Services at DRM Electrocoat

DRM’s inspection services are a value-add service that provides peace of mind to our customers. Before the parts ever leave our facility, we inspect them for defects in e-coating, production, or assembly, eliminating the need for customers to arrange another vendor for inspection services.

We are also able to conduct quality inspections for customers on an as-needed basis.

Inspection Service Options Include:

Post Production

These inspections occur after production has been completed. They are used to confirm customer specs have been met and ensure there are no defects present in the final product.

Final Assembly

After final assembly is complete, these inspections are undertaken to ensure they meet customer assembly requirements and are defect-free.

Quality Issues

Quality inspections are available on an as-needed basis. They are generally used by customers who are aware of a quality issue and need to verify product integrity. DRM is able to conduct these inspections on behalf of the customer to save them from coming in to conduct the inspection themselves.
